TODD SHIELD is Manager of Disability Income Products at Assurity Life and the President-Elect of the International DI Society, and this year’s Conference Program Chair. Todd has spent the last 10 years working with Assurity’s new and experienced agents alike, to help them integrate DI into their business model. As a certified C.E. and LUTCF instructor, Todd travels the country and coaches agents through their first DI case and helps experienced agents expand into non-traditional DI markets. Todd and his wife Angela have 3 kids and he enjoys volunteer coaching his kids’ softball, baseball and basketball teams.  He also enjoys golfing and used to umpire minor league baseball.
